There will be a morning and an afternoon session to accommodate varying schedules as well as a live webcast and a recorded webcast for those unable attend in person.
The session is called FERPA 101 and will provide an overview of the regulatory requirements and provide guidance on how to stay compliant in the digital world. This session will be scenario based and have a question and answer component. This will allow faculty and staff to ask about specific situations.
