What is ACANS?

ACANS is the acronym for the Association for Computer and Network Support, which is the university wide organization for individuals who work with, or are interested in, technology at New Mexico State University (NMSU). ACANS represents all the individuals that support other people’s use of computer, network, and various other technologies, either full or part time. Every college and branch campus of NMSU is included in the ACANS community.

The ACANS News & Information Center is dedicated to keeping the broad range of members connected by bridging communication between those working with technology and the rest of the NMSU community by showcasing the technology being used within NMSU.

To become a member of ACANS simply contact us and you will receive formal announcements regarding ACANS events. To be put on the ACANS list-serve please contact us at acans-news@nmsu.edu, and include your name, department, position, and primary email address.
