SNAP being done in New Mexico by NACOL

The North American Council for Online Learning (NACOL) has recently announced a survey that will be administered to “help virtual school leaders make critical strategic decisions about their program’s focus and budget allocations.”  NACOL and its new service, known as SNAP (Schools and Students Needs Assessment Program), will be providing an in-depth needs assessment review to any school or district who wishes to gain a better understanding of what their virtual schools and/or online classes need.  This assessment will ultimately “ enhance the academic programs currently being made available to students in traditional schools,” thus giving the students more of what they need in today’s accelerated world of technology.  For a more detailed story visit the NACOL site at: www.NACOL.org.
